Scientist George Gibbs (Robin Thomas) has invented a mechanism that speeds up the molecules of any target it hits to 25 times the normal speed -- making it seem as though the rest of the world is frozen in time. But when his son, Zak (Jesse Bradford), and a friend are zapped, the race is on for George to find a way to reverse the effects. A hilarious, wacky comedy for the whole family!
