When his girlfriend (Claire Forlani) is kidnapped by drug dealers, deputy sheriff Rack (Toby Keith) ignores his boss's orders and hits the open road to rescue her. But with his fellow lawman Lonnie (Rodney Carrington) and lunatic gun enthusiast Skunk (the Motor City Madman himself, Ted Nugent) tagging along to help, things don't go quite as smoothly as planned.
